- Fulltime maximum term position to 28 November 2025, based at our Little Collins street office

About the role:
If successful, you will support and assist the Community Support Program (CSP) with the preparation and lodgement of visa applications and where necessary provide administrative support to the Migration Services Unit.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
- A Degree in Social Studies, Humanities, Business or other relevant qualification
- Critical thinking, analytical and investigative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including the capability to build effective relationships and to clearly manage client expectations whilst providing lawful advice
- Demonstrated skills in maintaining and growing current business levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencing, representation and relationship building
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
