About the role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Program Analyst, you’ll deliver critical services that support project and program success. You’ll work across financial analysis, procurement, scheduling, risk and dependency management, and provide logistical support for meetings and workshops.
Your work will directly contribute to the success of multi-disciplinary teams and strategic initiatives.
Day to day, you'll:
- Analyse budgets, forecasts, and actual spend to support informed decision-making.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor milestones, dependencies, and progress to produce actionable reports.
- Support risk and issue analysis, including mitigation planning and tracking.
- Assist with change impact assessments and reporting for governance forums.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, workshops, and project boards.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and project records.

About you

- Experience in PMO or program/portfolio office environments.
- Exposure to Agile delivery teams.
- Strong grasp of delivery and risk management frameworks.
- High attention to detail and adaptability.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex data and propose solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset and stakeholder engagement skills.
