Program Assistant – Four Winds
Support Positive Change | Work with Purpose | Community-Centred Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and community-minded Program Assistant to support the delivery of our Four Winds program across Australia. These programs help individuals and communities on their journey to healing, positive behavioural change and employability.
This role involves:
- Assisting with program coordination, client communication and admin support
- Liaising with training staff, venues and participants
- Supporting day-to-day operations including paperwork, program materials and scheduling
- Contributing to finance and compliance processes (training provided)
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has strong communication and admin skills
- Builds positive relationships and works well with people from all walks of life
- Is organised, community-focused, and able to meet deadlines
- Understands the importance of cultural safety and inclusion
Desirable:
- First Aid Certificate, Blue Card, Driver’s License and own transport
- Experience in community services, admin, or training support
