- Own and manage program control data sets, ensuring decision makers have accurate and timely insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to map, analyse and improve business processes.
- Develop new reporting tools, analytics and dashboards (including Power BI) to enhance visibility and decision making.
- Maintain clear documentation for systems, processes and updates.
- Champion continuous improvement in how we use systems and data to optimise program outcomes.
About you:

- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system and data solutions.
- Experience developing new functionality using low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft/ServiceNow).
- Strong knowledge of data provenance, quality management, reporting and dashboarding (including Power BI).
- Experience leading testing, training, change management and adoption of system improvements.
- A collaborative, systems-thinking mindset with the ability to influence culture and optimise processes.
