Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager to lead the development of a new delivery system. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our delivery excellence transformation, offering the opportunity to shape how we deliver projects at scale.
What You’ll Do
As Program Manager, you will:
- Lead a cross-functional team of project managers, business analysts, and a program architect.
- Collaborate closely with the program owner and senior stakeholders across the business.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of the new system—from design through to implementation and adoption.
- Ensure the program aligns with strategic business goals and user needs.
