The Role
We are seeking a dynamic person with a positive, can-do attitude to support the day-to-day administrative duties of our project team in Brisbane, QLD. This role would suit a hands-on administrator who is looking to add value to our teams by providing quality support and assistance in project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate & prepare reports and other documentation for Senior Leadership and Clients.
- Scheduling and calendar coordination
- Support with budget tracking and data entry
- Ensure the office supplies and stationery are maintained
- Being the main contact for general enquiries
- Assist the Project Team with general administration duties
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- A professional focus and attention to detail is key
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
