Job Description
We are looking for three experienced Project Controls Managers to join our team in Adelaide. Each role will manage the project controls function for one of three precinct teams on a critical infrastructure program as part of a nationally significant endeavour.
As a Project Controls Manager, you will:
- Lead a small team of Project Controls Specialists.
- Provide technical oversight across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Lead and client-side Project Manager for your precinct.
- Integrate precinct-level project controls data into the broader program-wide controls system.
- Strengthen project controls capability across the wider team.
Qualifications
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Security Clearance.
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment, ideally on defence or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency with project controls software across cost, schedule, and risk domains.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and bid documentation.

- Friendly, approachable, and relationship focused.
- Strong communicators who can clearly present complex data and insights.
