About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to join our team, located out of our Hamilton office.
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, this role will see you supporting the smooth operation of our residential communities through various administrative tasks including managing resident documentation and coordinating rent and vacate processes.
This is a fast paced and dynamic role that offers an exciting opportunity to further develop your administration skills in Property while working within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process resident documentation, lease extensions, bond lodgements, rent/site fee increases, vacating resident procedures, and tenancy processes across the Ingenia Gardens, Rentals and Lifestyle portfolios
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative requirements, demonstrating exceptional customer service
- Maintain and update records in JDE system, including billing lines, contact details, meal services, and site agreements
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls and emails, maintaining high levels of clear communication
- Collaborate with the team to execute ad hoc tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive team environment
About You:
- Highly organised, proactive, with impeccable attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong administrative skills with ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Previous property management or property administration experience is advantageous but is not essential
- Eager to contribute to the success of the property management team
