Property Condition Report Clerk

Perth Property Reports WA is looking for an experienced PROPERTY CONDITION REPORT CLERK - to join the team.

This role is to complete PCR's on a casual basis at various properties in the Perth and surrounding suburbs.

You will be working on a self employed basis and pay your own expenses and taxes. Just want to make that part super clear before you apply.

The Criteria

• MUST have PCR -Real Estate experience to apply.
• Software app training provided
• Must have a clean and current Police Check available.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license
• Use of your own reliable car is essential.
• Strong written/verbal communication and outstanding attention to detail
• Trustworthy and personable / ability to build rapport quickly
• Good with systems & procedures
• You are super organized!
• Able to use an app on your own iPhone or android for the job.

I am looking for someone with previous experience in PCR's on any software.

If you have MRI, Property Inspect, Inspection Express or any other software experience previously completing PCR's please make sure this is noted on your CV.

If you are someone who is happy to work in various locations, where no 2 days are the same then this is the job for you.

I am looking for someone who is confident to talk to people and present themselves well to clients. Someone who can think on their feet, who is polite and engaging as well as organised and efficient. You need a keen eye for detail for this role.

I can be flexible on the work days but it will be from 9-10am start to approx. 2-3pm finish depending on what jobs are assigned to you.

A day in the life as a PCR Clerk:

• You will drive to the Real Estate office at a specific time to collect keys for the jobs booked for that day.
• You will have a list in the app and a route planned for all of the jobs booked in to ensure you arrive at each job on time.
• Each property you attend you will need to assess the condition and cleanliness for the report of each room and area. Using a specific app you'll complete the report onsite at each property by taking photos and making detailed notes in the app.
• You'll return the keys and back to the Real Estate agent the same day..
