We are now one of the fastest growing independent agencies in East Gippsland offering residential, rural and commercial property sales and property management. As a proudly independent agency, we do real estate a little differently. There are no set working hours, whiteboards, prospecting targets, financial targets or company listings and we don’t do lengthy meetings or property caravans. This leaves us free to focus on getting out and meeting people, establishing good working relationships and meeting or exceeding the needs and expectations of our Vendors, Landlords, Purchasers and Tenants.
Our business continues to evolve and grow and we are now searching for a Property Manager to join our multi award winning team. To be considered for this exciting role you will require the following:
- The necessary formal qualifications to work as a Licensed Estate Agent or an Agents’ Representative in Victoria.
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Currently residing in (or willing to relocate to) the East Gippsland area of Victoria
- A valid driver's licence
- A natural networker with a passion for real estate
- A good working knowledge of the Victorian property market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- The ability to adapt to new technology
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to function as a member of a small team
It is expected the role will initially be the equivalent of 3-4 days per week (depending on the applicant) developing into to a full-time role. This autonomous role can be structured to suit the individual circumstances of the successful applicant and there is the option to work partly from home and also around school/childcare hours. There is also the option to become involved in the sales side of the business, thus increasing potential earnings. A branded vehicle is also provided for business use.
