ENTRY LEVEL Assistant required (Sydney West)(we are growing very fast)
. Essential to have car and weekend availability a must.
- Phone calls for open home invitation.
- Availability for directional and attending open homes/private inspections
- Proactively providing leads from open homes /private inspections or cold calls
- Proficiently prepare the advertisement for new listings
- Letters drop out for new listing and after sale
- Assisting in developing and creating opportunities to achieve sales goals
- Other Adhoc duties including keys delivery and providing access to bank valuers and pest and building inspectors if required.
