The Role:
You will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences of our children. You'll work collaboratively with our team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's growth and development. Your expertise and leadership will help us deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families, and the community.
Responsibilities and preferred experience:
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet children's individual needs
- Collaborate with families and stakeholders to build strong relationships and partnerships
- Contribute to centre operations, including planning, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support the professional growth and development of team members

Requirements:
- Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care (or Diploma)
- Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
