The Opportunity: Qualified Nursery Lead Educator

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
• Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
• Location: Lowood
• Compensation: Up to $34 per hour + super

Your Responsibilities As a Nursery Lead Educator, you will:

• Lead your nursery team in providing quality education and care for children aged birth to two years
• Design and deliver nurturing, developmentally appropriate programs
• Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and children
• Mentor educators to achieve excellence in practice and compliance with EYLF & NQS

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (minimum) or actively working towards
• Previous experience in a nursery or infant room setting
• Current QLD Blue Card
• Strong knowledge of EYLF & NQS
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Passion for children’s wellbeing, nutrition, and early learning
