The Opportunity
We’re currently seeking a Qualified Solar Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in solar and off-grid installations who’s looking for consistent work, a reliable crew, and great pay.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing residential solar systems, off-grid setups, batteries, and EV chargers
- Completing ai conditioner installations and general electrical work.
- Interpreting plans, schematics, and completing installations to industry standards
- Working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Keeping job sites safe, clean, and organised
- Communicating with clients and team members to ensure top-quality results
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified electrician with CEC accreditation (or eligible)
- Proven experience withsolar and off-grid installations
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Physically fit and confident working on roofs and outdoors
- Current driver’s license
