You will be responsible for:
- Supporting Company Director and senior salespeople
- Manage buyer relationships, conduct open homes and private inspections
- Assist with marketing campaigns, negotiations, and property transactions
- Database management, identifying opportunities and setting appointments;
- Proactively generate leads and prospect for new opportunities
- Buyer call backs;
- Buyer appointments;
- Liaising with vendor and buyers
- Relationship management and assist with property reports
- Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email.
- Other duties as requested
About You:
- Hold a current CERT IV in property services or a real estate licence
- Reliable vehicle and driver’s licence
- Strong communication, computer and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, professional, and aligned with a prestige brand environment
- You will have a high degree of time management skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- You will have a high degree of personal accountability, strive to achieve your KPI’s and own your results
- Work with initiative and a high attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
