Receptionist

Physio Receptionist (Casual/Part-Time/Full Time Position)
Hours: 38 hours per week

We are expanding and seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist to support the smooth operation of our busy practice.

We are offering casual and full-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of the practice.
• Oversee practitioner billing and appointment schedules.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication between patients and practitioners.
• Assist with general office tasks, including data entry and file management.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.
• Support the team with various tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Experience with Nookal and HiCAPS is advantageous (but not essential).
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Prior experience in a medical or health-related field is preferred (but not essential).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-presented and professional at all times.
• Ability to travel across the service area when necessary.

Shift Hours:

• Flexible shift times, 8am - 7pm (no weekend work).

Pay: $49,900.00 – $81,956.39 per year
