We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales & Service Receptionist to be the face and voice of our Mercedes-Benz dealership. This vital role involves greeting customers, answering calls, supporting both sales and service teams with administrative tasks, and assisting with vehicle registration and sales documentation. You will ensure a premium customer experience aligned with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Reception:

Greet all customers and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

Schedule service appointments and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and showroom area.
Sales Administration:

Assist sales team with processing new and used vehicle sales paperwork.

Prepare and organize customer documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
-
Coordinate and track vehicle registration, roadworthy certifications, and handover preparation.

Liaise with finance and insurance representatives to complete customer documentation.
Service Department Support:

Create and manage service bookings and follow-up communications.

Prepare job cards, customer invoices, and update service records.

Ensure efficient communication between service advisors, technicians, and customers.
General Administrative Tasks:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.

Order and maintain office and showroom supplies.

Perform daily clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment (preferred).

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., Auto-IT, Pentana, Reynolds & Reynolds) is advantageous.
