About the role
Driveline rental Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist / Admin to join our team in our Alexandria, NSW office. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of administrative duties to support the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-organised and presentable
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assisting with scheduling and calendar management
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office equipment
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but is not necessary.
- Previous experience preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
- Able to speak standard Chinese
