Key Responsibilities
As an independent contractor, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for your clients, managing the entire process from initial consultation and needs assessment to successful placement and follow-up.
* Account Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your clients, ensuring a high level of service delivery and fostering enduring business relationships.
* Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed pre-defined, performance-based KPIs focused on client acquisition and revenue generation.
