Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Business Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience in managing annual business planning, running business reviews, or setting goals.
- Experience in working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, presenting data analysis or generating data-motivated insights.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI platforms, etc) and collaborating with business analysts and data scientists.
- Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy functions with the ability to inform the direction of the business.
- Knowledge of the enterprise business cycle, renewal/consumption business models and business motions.
- Excellent relationship management skills with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Business Intelligence, marketing, partners, finance, business operations, etc).
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills with the ability to work in a changing environment with meeting deadlines and taking responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Support prioritization and goals of business initiatives through a data-motivated approach to identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks to identify areas of performance, and calculate Return on Investment of initiatives.
- Identify, parse, and share executive-level insights, support the practice organization and business partners through requests and cadences (e.g., forecasts, Quarterly Business Review, etc) related to the pipeline performance.
- Drive execution, delivering industrialized insights and dashboards on business play and practice execution at all levels of the organization.
- Contribute to global thought-leadership on business health and performance, metrics definitions, dashboards and insights, and tooling.
