We now have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager located in Melbourne! Looking after numerous stores, including regional and remote locations of differing turnovers and demographics means wearing many hats across a diverse team!

Naturally this role is all about people; people leadership, delivering world’s best customer experiences and developing quality relationships with business partners.
As an experienced Regional Manager, you will
- Enable positive change whilst managing business directives
- Guide, inspire and challenge the team to exceed customer expectations
- Drive positive sales results and customer experience scores
- Have previous experience in leading from afar with regional location stores
- Own your team’s development as well as your own
- Extensive background in overseeing and coordinating operations & sales performance across multiple store locations.
