YOUR NEXT ROLE
We are seeking a motivated Relief Process Operator to join our Kilns team at the Tuan Sawmill.
This full-time, permanent role offers hands-on experience across multiple machine centres, where you will troubleshoot issues and support smooth operations. You will also gain exposure to complex systems, such as oil circuit operations, as part of your development and training for a future permanent rotating shift position.

Improve the functionality and performance of the manufacturing facility, within your limits.
Troubleshoot any problems with the facility’s equipment and instruments to maintain safe operation.
Use technology within the operational area to its optimum potential to achieve production levels that meet and exceed business requirements.
SHIFT DETAILS
NORMAL HOURS: 6:00am to 2.30pm - Monday to Friday
COVERAGE OF SHIFTS: You will also be required to cover shifts that may incorporate 6:00am to 6:00pm 7 days a week so your ability to work a varying roster is required.
You will be based at our plant in the Tuan Forest, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region. This coastal town offers affordable living and is proudly home to Queensland’s greatest icons including K’Gari.
ABOUT YOU
Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations
Ability to work as part of a team is essential and to work autonomously when required.
Those with previous experience with forklift, gantry cranes, heat/treatment plants, as well as good problem-solving skills and technical aptitude would be highly advantageous.
