An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Administrator to join our team at The Grove on a part time basis (fixed term contract), in the charming suburb of Ngunnawal in ACT. This vibrant retirement community offers a supportive and friendly environment, with a range of amenities available to enhance your living experience of our residents.
Your role will involve providing customer service to our residents and visitors, supporting the general operation of the village as well as providing direct support to the Village Manager. In addition to this, your tasks will include assisting on reception, data management and managing enquiries from residents and guests.

To be successful in your application, you will have the following;
- Administration and demonstrated customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
- Willingness to learn and professionally develop
- A professional, initiative-taking and can-do attitude.
