Sunshine Coast Rendering is a local business specialising in the delivery of quality cement rendering and solid plastering services to residential homes both new and old. We pride ourselves on delivering quality finishes within reliable time schedules for incredible value.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Renderer / Solid Plasterer to join our existing team of render applicators.
About the role:
We are pleased to offer the successful applicant a secure, full-time role in a professional organisation, an attractive salary package, weekly pay and superannuation contribution. However, we are willing to structure your remuneration to suit your situation or preference: Casual / Casual on ABN / Contractor.
About you:
The successful applicant must be reliable and willing to take instruction and perform in a team environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to effectively interact with a wide range of clients and contractors on a day-to-today basis, whilst constantly promoting a safe work environment.
You will also possess:
- Two years of rendering / solid plastering experience
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
- Supply and maintain a suitable vehicle and tools
- Construction white/blue card
- Have a professional presentation and approach
Package:
Total package $80,000 - $100,000 p.a. including:
- 12% Superannuation
- Vehicle allowance
- 4-weeks holiday per year
- 2-weeks personal carers leave per year
- Public holidays
Package based on skill and experience with the option to structure to your preference (Full-time, Casual, Casual on ABN, Contractor).
