About the Role


Our systems team within Supply Chain is critical to maximising and governing how we flow our products through our network and deliver for all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.

In this role you will support in the further development, implementation and maintenance of our replenishment system.

You will also:


  • Work to enhance and optimise replenishment settings across a number of platforms
  • Collaborate to identify and resolve supply issues, focusing on root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
  • Plan out sales shape & volume required for key event periods
  • Act as a key connector across the distribution, store and business unit operations day to day
  • Ensure all system changes are in line with agreed framework ensuring consistency


About you and your skills


We're looking for a systems specialist who can provide solutions to complex supply chain problems.

You will also need:


  • Several years Supply Chain experience in Retail or FMCG
  • Significant experience with inventory management, combined with operational experience in DC and replenishment systems (configuration, functionality)
  • Comfort influencing others and driving change
  • Great attention to detail
