The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Reporting & Analytics Consultant to join our Digital & Customer Experience (CX) team within the Marketing & Growth business unit. In this role, you’ll help build a Centre of Excellence for analytics and reporting across our Employer channel.
You’ll be responsible for delivering real-time, high-quality reporting and insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to uplift reporting capabilities, enhance dashboard usability, and support performance tracking across the Employer channel.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
- Design and deliver automated dashboards using GA4 and Power BI
- Identify and integrate new data sources to improve reporting coverage
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build data literacy and self-service capabilities
- Provide actionable insights and commentary on emerging performance trends
- Support the development of a scalable reporting framework aligned with business needs
About You
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics
- Strong skills in SQL, R or Python, and Power BI
- Experience with digital analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio)
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in superannuation, finance, or ecommerce (a plus)
