About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Reservations Manager to lead our dynamic Reservations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure seamless guest interactions while collaborating with departments across the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily operations of the Reservations team
• Manage room inventory and booking systems (PMS, MARSHA, OXI)
• Ensure all VIP and group bookings are accurately handled
• Coach and develop team members through training and onboarding
• Liaise with Revenue and Sales teams to support promotions and rate programs
• Complete reports, rosters, timesheets, and end-of-month tasks
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone/email and support sales conversions
• Maintain compliance with WH&S and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel reservations (supervisory experience highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of FIT and group bookings
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in hotel systems and Microsoft Office
• A team leader with a proactive and guest-focused approach
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
