Luxury Home Care is expanding its elite subcontractor team. We deliver high-standard, in-home cleaning services across Melbourne-and we're seeking experienced, self-managed professionals to join our brand.
This is not casual gig work. This is a subcontractor position for those who operate with excellence, consistency, and independence.
Role Summary:
As a residential cleaning subcontractor, you'll be assigned premium clients in your preferred region. You'll travel on the road, directly to homes, delivering cleaning services with professionalism and precision. No office, no micromanagement-just structured autonomy and weekly pay.
Key Details:
- $30-$40/hour,based on experience
- ABN required ( subcontractor arrangement)
- Minimum availability: 2 shifts/week ( Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat preferred)
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- All cleaning products and equipment are fully provided
- Police check required (or willingness to obtain)

You are:
- Experienced (2+ years in residential or commercial cleaning)
- Independent and reliable (able to work unsupervised)
- Respectful, presentable, and punctual
- Clear and courteous in client communication
- Obsessed with cleanliness, quality, and consistency
Your Responsibilities:
- General residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces)
- Deep cleans and move-out cleans (as assigned)
- Light household duties (bins, beds, tidying)
- Professional and respectful client interaction
