About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll help create a safe and stable environment for young people navigating the justice system. You’ll be there for the daily wins — encouraging healthy choices, keeping routines on track, and supporting young people to meet their bail conditions. When the residence is unoccupied, you'll step into a community-focused role, mentoring youth, building local connections, and strengthening Hope’s presence in Broome.

You’ll need:
- Cert III (or relevant experience) in Youth Work, Community Services or similar
- Experience working with at-risk or complex-needs youth
- An understanding of and adherence to working within personal and professional boundaries
- Ability to prepare meals & maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Understanding of Aboriginal culture and community
- A calm, respectful, and resilient approach
- A current driver’s licence and First Aid certificate
