You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your portfolios P&L. - Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Previous success in meeting KPI’s
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
