About the Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Norté, you’ll be a key part of the front-of-house leadership team - leading by example, mentoring others, and ensuring each guest experience is seamless and memorable. You'll work closely with management to uphold service standards and help shape a confident, informed team culture on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the FOH team during service
- Oversee daily floor operations with attention to detail and pace
- Ensure guest experiences are personalised and consistently exceptional
- Support staff development and product knowledge training
- Contribute to a warm, professional, and energetic team culture
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a restaurant supervisor or team leader role
- A natural host with strong communication and leadership skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering standout service
- A calm, organised presence during busy services
- Solid knowledge (or strong interest) in food, wine, and cocktails
