Casual Approx 25+ Hours based on availability Rotating Roster (Incl. Nights & Weekends)

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
What We're Looking For:
- Hospitality experience in a busy, high-volume venue (essential)
- Coffee-making/barista skills (preferred)
- Confidence in using point of sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
- Own reliable transport (essential)
Your Role Will Involve:
- Supervising daily operations and supporting the team
- Ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Training and mentoring junior staff
- Assisting with stock control and opening/closing duties
- Being a key point of contact between staff and management
