All about you:
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow.
- 1+years experience as a Supervisor in a full service restaurant environment.
- Exposure to maintaining budgets and labour costs.
- Fair understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards.
- A current RSA
- Ability to lead and motivate your team.
- Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays.
- Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
