- Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday - occasional shifts on Sundays
About the Role
- Reports directly to the Venue Manager
- Supervision of bar, floor and function staff
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
- Lead by example and mentor/guide new colleagues
- Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required
- From time to time assist at our other venues including the ACMI
About You
- Great problem solving skills
- Ability to train and mentor other staff
- Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid RSA and full working rights in Australia
Your background would ideally include
- 2 Years management position in a high quality bar/restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of Spirits and Cocktail creation and making.
- Used to working in a busy, fast paced bar environment.
- A love of the theatre and the arts would be ideal
