The Retail Display Coordinator role plays a key part in providing support to the Retail Experience Team in the Australian market. The Retail Experience Team based in the Sydney HQ at Macquarie Park, is responsible for the implementation of Fisher & Paykel & Haier’s retail, builder & Kitchen Cabinet Maker requests across Australia.
The role also supports the successful execution of training and exhibition displays, as well as F&P Head Office showroom management. This role co-ordinates the roll out, implementation and management of F&P & Haier Category Displays – including digital componentry that supports the display concepts, ensuring they are aligned to global brand guidelines. It is also responsible for the ongoing fleet management of existing trades in stores co-ordinating the correct trades & services to attend site to repair & upgrade within allowable budget parameters.
The Person
This is a high energy role so we are looking for a self-driven individual who can juggle priorities while focussing on a variety of tasks, ensuring they are all moving along smoothly. You will need to bring a proactive approach and high-level attention to detail to ensure all projects and actions remain on time.
You will have proven organisational skills, exposure to budget management, a level of capability & motivation to develop project management and execution across multifaceted projects, and you’ll be adept in providing administrative based support.
You're a people-person and a strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly establish positive and productive relationships with stakeholders.
It would be beneficial if you have experience working with trades and a technical understanding of what is involved with the installation of displays.
