Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for fresh produce and exceptional customer service? We’re looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our vibrant fruit and vegetable shop!
About the Role:
As our Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
✔ Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
✔ Managing daily operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory
✔ Ensuring high standards of freshness, quality, and food safety
✔ Driving sales through promotions, merchandising, and customer engagement
✔ Handling supplier relationships and optimizing product sourcing
✔ Training and developing staff to maintain a high-performing team
