About the opportunity
As our Retail Postage Sorter, you’ll play an important part in keeping millions of Australians connected. As you’d expect, plenty of mail comes through our Post Offices and delivery facilities every day – and our mail sorting teams make sure every delivery gets where it needs to.
Role Details:
- Pay rate $27.04 / hour increases to $28.91/ hour after approx. 3 months, + 12% Superannuation
- 6 months Fixed Term Part Time position working 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day, rotating roster
- As this is a relief role, you must be willing and able to travel and work at the following locations: Nambour, Noosa Civic, Noosa Heads, Sunshine Plaza, Sunshine Coast Bus Hub, and Tewantin
You’ll be
- Manually sorting all mail arriving at the workplace.
- Sorting and distributing mail into relevant PO Boxes.
- Assisting and/or performing administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
- As this is a relief role, you must be willing and able to travel and work at the following locations:

- Call upon your memory and hand-eye coordination while sorting.
- Be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
