About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven team member to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will bring energy, confidence, and a strong sales mindset to help drive results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Flexibility for scheduled and call-in/stanby shifts
- Available for Saturdays (Must be) ,Sundays (stanby ) , Mondays (stanby) , Tuesday (Must be) : Note shift, schedules could be altered due to business needs, flexability will ensure addtional shifts.
- Open to traveling to and assisting other Shoe Connection stores within the surrounding area. (Will ensure additional hours for you.)
- Proven sales ability with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Previous fashion retail experience (footwear experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly motivated and exceptionally well-organised
- A true team player who contributes to a positive store culture
- Valid Australian work rights for 12 months or longer
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.55 – $28.12 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
