Your Opportunity
You will lead the development and implementation of risk culture and education strategies that build organisational capability and embed risk principles into everyday decision-making. Through engaging training, communication, and collaboration, you’ll ensure staff are equipped to identify, manage, and report risks confidently and effectively.
With creativity and leadership, you will:
- Design and deliver tailored risk education programs across all departments and levels.
- Promote risk awareness through engaging communication strategies and learning tools.
- Collaborate with leaders to embed risk behaviours into planning and operations.
- Measure and monitor risk culture maturity and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a strategic communicator and educator with a passion for cultural change. You translate complex risk concepts into accessible learning, and you lead with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
You will also need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Strong experience focused on risk in a learning, or organisational development role.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering education programs in risk, compliance, or governance.
- Strong facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
