About the role
The RMA department helps facilitate our ability to offer a smooth customer experience with a 5 year warranty on all products. If a customer's item becomes faulty, our in-store team members will replace the item and send the faulty product to us. Once we receive the item, it is up to us to sort the repair of the item through either our internal system or one of our 3rd party suppliers.
The team are also responsible for fulfilling weekly stationery orders ensuring that the instore teams have everything they require to serve customers.
Key responsibilities
- Sort and send stock to the relevant departments
- Test, diagnose and minor repairs
- Pick and pack weekly supplies
Skills and Attributes that will assist in the role
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and communication skills
- Ability to understand and comprehend data entry via Google spreadsheets
- Reassembling components and testing operating systems on Windows & Apple Computers.
- Knowledge of repairing mobile phone operating systems
- Testing and examining technology to diagnose faults on products such as computers, gaming systems, phones & tablets
- Able to lift crates and boxes between 20kg

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
