Your next big opportunity: Room Leaders for our Southern Suburb centre!
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals, ready to take ECT and Room Leader roles at our new centres opening in the Mandogalup, Wellard, Baldivis areas.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
- Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
- Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.
What you bring to the table:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
- A warm and caring personality.
- Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
- A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
