ABOUT THE ROLE
In this position, you will provide essential support to our service delivery and leadership teams through centralized rostering and administrative functions. Based at our Head Office in Tweed Heads, you will collaborate to address operational priorities and contribute to enhancing workforce efficiency and client outcomes.

- A certificate III or above in Business Administration and/or specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level.
- A current driver license.
- A good understanding of NDIS and or CHSP operational requirements and documentation or the ability to acquire a good understanding.
- Rostering knowledge experience.
- Interpersonal skills including the ability to engage with different parties to facilitate support.
- Ability to manage conflicts and problems to appropriate resolutions.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software and using client management systems.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets.
- Able to manage own time, plan and organise own work.
