This includes the full range of Agilent offerings—services, consumables, and instruments—supporting customers across diverse markets and specified customers
Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships for assigned accounts, acting as the single point of contact
- Promote Agilent’s complete product and services portfolio to drive revenue and growth
- Develop territory/account plans, identify new opportunities, and execute strategies to achieve sales goals
• Proactively understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions • Utilize SAP CRM to analyze customer data, monitor engagement trends, and drive meaningful, value-based interactions
• Maintain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers Work collaboratively with paired inside sales colleagues to ensure timely customer follow-up, improved responsiveness, and effective opportunity management •
- Partner with internal stakeholders including product specialists, marketing, and support teams
- Lead initiatives or cross-functional projects to deliver value to customers
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 4+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
