Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic initiatives that will grow our business across all market segments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, direct and coordinate all sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and profitability
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing policies and strategies in consultation with senior management
- Direct development of new service initiatives, marketing campaigns, and advertising strategies to expand market reach
- Establish sales territories, service mix priorities, and customer service standards across all business divisions
- Coordinate and manage sales personnel while developing strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders
- Set competitive pricing structures, credit policies, and payment terms for all service offerings
- Develop and oversee lead generation strategies across multiple channels including digital marketing and industry networks
- Direct marketing campaign development and execution across digital platforms and traditional media channels
- Oversee creation of marketing collateral, brand messaging, and promotional strategies
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, events, and professional networking opportunities
- Develop client retention strategies and oversee key account management processes
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Prepare executive reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations
- Analyse industry developments and recommend strategic business direction and service expansion opportunities
- Oversee budget management for sales and marketing activities and ensure ROI on marketing investments
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction or building industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
