We’re getting ready to open our brand-new Bakers Delight store at Watagan Park Town Centre, and we’re on the hunt for friendly, reliable Sales Assistants to help us bring fresh, delicious bread to the community every day!
We are currently seeking:
Casual & Permanent Part-Time Sales Assistants
– Must be customer-focused, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
– Retail or hospitality experience is great, but not essential – full training provided
Your role will include:
- Serving customers with a smile
- Maintaining product displays and cleanliness of the shop
- Assisting with daily operations and providing top-quality service
- Learning about our products to offer great customer advice
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly and approachable
- Passionate about customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work a variety of shifts (including early mornings, weekends, and school holidays)

Pay: Up to $25.65 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 25 per week
