We’re now looking for a driven and confident Sales Consultant to join our team and help bring Growth Plus to more Australian businesses.
The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, speaking directly with small-to-medium business owners to understand their needs and demonstrate how Growth Plus can help them get more customers and grow their business. This is a consultative sales role where building trust, identifying opportunities, and closing deals will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and social channels.
- Present and demonstrate the Growth Plus software to business owners.
- Understand client goals and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Manage and nurture your sales pipeline through to closing.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Work closely with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover for new clients.
About You
- Proven sales experience (B2B SaaS, advertising, or marketing solutions preferred).
- Confident communicator with excellent phone and video presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling approach – you listen before you pitch.
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software.
