About the Role
The Sales Consultant is a ‘Customer Service Superstar’ and often our first contact with customers. Therefore, you will need superior communication skills and have excellent verbal and written communication. This role requires energy, dedication, and multi-skilling and offers empowerment and autonomy. Keen willingness to learn and work towards meeting & exceeding individual and team goals in support of our overall business strategy.
The Sales Consultant must be willing to develop and learn new skills to enable performance of the tasks required in the various Sales Centre departments, including phone, electronic and face-to-face sales, Trade and Groups. We require reliability and flexibility to cover shifts across a 7-day rotating roster and be a team player.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity; however, we are open to applicants seeking full-time employment.
