What It Takes to Be a Sales Consultant with Impact
- You are a natural communicator who thrives on building trust and rapport over the phone
- You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administration
- You are motivated by achieving targets and KPIs and understand how to balance sales with exceptional customer care
- You are organised, methodical, and confident managing a high volume of enquiries
- You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms and systems
- Above all, you are motivated by knowing your work makes a real difference for students and families
How You Will Support Families
- Guide parents through their child’s learning needs and recommend the right tutoring and mentoring programs
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails while keeping records accurate in our CRM
- Build strong customer relationships that last beyond the first sale
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring every family feels supported
- Play a key role in helping students access the education they need to thrive
Hours and Shifts
We are hiring two Sales Consultants:
- Morning Shift: 20–25 hours per week across Monday to Friday
- Afternoon and Evening Shift: 20–25 hours per week across Monday to Friday, starting later in the day and covering evening enquiries
Both roles are fully remote and part-time, giving you stability along with the flexibility to balance work and life.
