We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Melbourne team.

What you’ll do:
Research, identify and qualify potential customers through multiple channels (referrals, online research, social media, industry events).
Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach and campaigns.
Build initial relationships with builders and contractors, understand their needs and highlight how Buildxact can help.
Qualify prospects and hand over warm leads to the Business Development team.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to optimise campaigns.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and report regularly on pipeline activity.
Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Buildxact’s solutions.
Share customer feedback and market insights to help shape our strategy.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales (ideally SaaS or construction tech).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Resilient, persistent and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Organised and proactive with excellent time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar is a plus but not essential.
