We are an established off-road caravan manufacturer from China, now expanding into the Australian market. We're looking for a motivated and experienced Showroom & Sales Manager to join our new Brisbane-based team and lead our local operations.
Role Description
1, Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the Melbourne showroom.
2, Train and supervise other sales staff to ensure consistent service standards.
3, Organise and participate in trade shows, including planning, booth setup, promotional materials, and staff coordination.
4, Work closely with our head office to implement sales strategies and local marketing plans.
Provide customer service support including product walk-throughs, order follow-up, and handling pre- and post-sale queries.
5, Ensure compliance with local motor dealer regulations and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident (PR).
Prior experience in the caravan or RV industry is highly preferred.
Has successfully completed a relevant RTO course
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and build a team from the ground up.
Familiarity with motor dealer license procedures and QSL industry standards is a plus.
